Sentongo’s brace guide Buganda Province to vital win away in Sebei

Kyetume FC striker Robert Sentongo scored a brace to hand Buganda Province maximum points against Sebei Province in The FUFA Drum tournament in Kapchorwa on Saturday.

Sentongo converted a penalty in the 14th minute before doubling the lead in the second half to seal a 2-1 victory for Buganda.

The starting line-up for Buganda had some new faces that did not start against Lango in the opening game.

Bright Stars FC defender Farouk Katongole, Seeta United Rahumatah Kagimu, Kirinya JSS FC Dauglas Muganga who replace URA FC full back Ronald Kigongo, and Tooro United forward Baker Buyala filled the gap that was left by the injured Seid Kyeyune, Ronald Kigongo, Shafiq Kagimu and Brian Majwega.

Our game plan work for us. We needed an early goal and we got it. There is no bad win. The most important thing is we got 3 points. Our target is to win all our group matches.” Said Alex Isabirye Buganda Province head coach
